Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SiteAI mobile application and the websites it publishes for you (together, the “Service”), operated by Robin Kunz, Switzerland (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In plain language: you tell SiteAI about your business, an AI writes a website, and we host it at a public web address. The site is yours and you are responsible for what it says. We are responsible for keeping it online and for handling your data carefully.

1. What the Service does

SiteAI asks you questions about your business, uses an artificial-intelligence model to generate a website from your answers, and publishes that website on the public internet at an address such as yourname.siteai.app or, if you buy one, at your own domain name. You can change the site by describing the change in your own words. Messages sent through your site’s contact form and basic visitor statistics are delivered back into the app.

2. Licence and the App Store

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with that agreement, it governs your use on Apple devices.

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, resell or sublicense the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to another user’s data.

3. Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; see section 11 for what that removes.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions, trials and Fast Passes

5. Your content and your website

You own your content. The text, images, business details and any material you supply remain yours, and the published website is yours to use. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the Service: to store your content, generate a website from it, host that website, and serve it to visitors.

You are solely responsible for what your website says and for its compliance with the law that applies to you — including business-identification requirements (such as an imprint or company details), advertising and pricing rules, professional-qualification claims, consumer-protection law, and any privacy notice or cookie disclosure your own visitors are entitled to.

6. AI-generated output

Websites, text and suggestions are produced by an AI model. This means:

7. Acceptable use of hosted websites

Because we host your site publicly under our infrastructure and our domain, you may not use the Service to publish or distribute:

We may suspend or remove a site that we reasonably believe breaches this section or the law. Where circumstances allow, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to correct the problem; where the risk is serious or immediate, we may act first and inform you afterwards. If you believe a site infringes your rights, write to rk@allbound.ch with enough detail to identify the site and the right concerned.

8. Visitors to your website

When someone visits your site, fills in your contact form, or is counted in your statistics, that data is collected for you. In data-protection terms you are the controller of it and we process it on your behalf. You must have a lawful basis for collecting it and must tell your visitors what you do with it. Our own handling of that data, including the fact that we do not store visitors’ raw IP addresses, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Domain names

If you buy a domain name through the app:

10. Availability, backups and changes

We aim to keep the Service and your published site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, or problems with third-party services can interrupt it.

We take regular backups of published sites and of the data held for you, and we test that they can be restored. Backups are a safety net for us, not a substitute for your own records: keep your own copy of anything you could not bear to lose.

We may add, change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

11. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service, cancel your subscription, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your sites from public hosting and deletes the data we hold for you, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy and to any records we must keep by law. Your published website will go offline and cannot be recovered afterwards — export or copy anything you want to keep first.

If your subscription lapses, your site may be taken offline or reduced in function. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent and gross negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the operator in Switzerland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law that applies there.
